solution(problems FINISHED)=KB941600 and KB941649

those two problems are finished, all that you have to do is to follow the
next instructions:
1- your account have to be as administrator
2- click start menu, RUN
3- type "sfc /sannow", that will take 10-20 minutes
4-reboot
5- now go to windows update and install the KB941649 first
6- reboot
7- go to windows update again and install the KB941600
8- reboot
9- all the problems are dead

"sfc' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program
or batch file.

this is what I get when I try this, I an running vista.

you dont told me if you are an administrator
in my account works perfectly
if you are and administrator and you open "cmd" and type "sfc /scannow" and
drop you the message that you wrote me, brother, you have a very serius
problem whit your operative system.
