Security Update for Windows XP (KB943460) Error Code 0x8007002

When trying to install the above update, I get the error code 0x8007002.
"Setup Error: The system cannot find the file specified". I spoke with the
free MS support personnel, however, all they could do was offer me the MS
paid support phone number.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this? Any help is appreciated.

update from Windows Update, from Microsoft Update, or from Windows Server
Update Services

When searching for available updates on the Update site, you see the
0x80070002 or 0x80070003 error

Otherwise start another free Windows Update support incident request and
stick with it until it is resolved:
