Error number: 0x80070020

Having trouble with this error code. DO not have any sypot on my computer,
turned off everything and update will not work, still getting this error
code. Can Microsoft give us an easy solution to this problem? The error
code in my opinion is a bug with Microsoft not with their assertion on other
processes.
