Ui Popup Hidden

I can not remove this from my computer. It appears as not responding when I
shut down my PC I have Windows XP home edition

Has this(Ui) got something to do with Javascript???
If yes then you are in the wrong group - unless this problem has been caused
by a recent update/security download.
Try Windows XP general in the discussion group - or better still try
Google - search for, say, Ui popup.
