11/13/2007 updates remove domain accounts from local groups

I have a small domain with two computers and a file server + domain
controller. Following last night's updates, the individual workstations (XP
Pro and Vista Ultimate) both experienced an issue where all domain accounts
(and groups) had been removed from the local groups. Domain Admins are no
longer administrators, the Domain Administrator is no longer an admin, and
Domain Users are no longer users. I don't see any issues on the DC but I'm
still investigating.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?
