Problems (Resources crushing & unable to download WV Update)

I'm experiencing Resources crashing for a while now.
Checked for update to fix the problem and the Window Vista Update KB935280
was offered to me.
After download, I receive the following information: "Error during
installation: 0x8007002 Impossible to find the file".
