SBS 2003 SP1 install fails

SBS 2003 SP1 install fails

Unable to verify the integrity of update.inf file. Please make sure the
cryptographic services are running.
I have renamed the CatRoot folders as suggested. SBS SP2 shows as installed
in Add/Remove Programs. Cannot uninstall it, , states cannot find file or
path, uninstall fails.
Any suggestions would be most appreciated!
