Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Failure to Update KB934458 Error 66A

Hi
This system is fully fixed. The last successful fix was today KB921896.
The system has twice failed to install KB934458 each time with error code
66A recieved today
I would be grateful if someone could explain this error code to me
