installing updates

I need help :[
The updates are done but when I try to install the Office XP Service Pack 3:
"The features you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable disk
that is not available."
"Insert the 'Microsoft Office XP Professional with FrontPage' disk and click
OK"
I don't understand, I don't have any other CD-ROM
And the window also popped up when I try to open Window Ecxel. So I can't
open my window excel neither.
I'm really lost.
