Update problems,,, HELP!

I have been trying to update my computer for quite some time but I have not
been able to. I have Windows XP. When I try to run the update all I get is:

The website has encountered a problem and cannot display the page you are
trying to view.

Then it has the error number: 0x80072EE4

Can anyone help me???

Make sure your Firewall isn't blocking access to Windows Update. Check your Firewall
settings.
