Error 0x8009310B

My PC recently got a new HD. The data of the old HD were copied to the new
one, including Win XP. Windows Update worked for a few days afterwards, since
10.10.2007 all updates failed. The error-message names an error 0x8009310B. I
ask myself - and you - whether this error is due to the new installation or
to something else. Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance!
