Unable to download kb891122

When i try to download kb891122, which is a DRM enabled media player update
for windows, i get "not enough storage to process this command". Eevnt id is
4373 if that helps any. this is bogus since i have 200 somewhat gb hard drive
space availiable. I have 1 gig of ram. Im using vista and this computer is
relatively new. If i can download this update, suposedly it would fix another
issue im having with zune software, Help is much apreciated.
