salve a tutti sono nuova e vorrei porvi davanti il mio problema:
lavoro in un negozio dove abbiamo collegati alla rete 3 pc, cioè due portatili e un fisso. un portatile ha vista, l'altro portatile xp, e il fisso credo win98.. credo o xp.. vabe cmq il fatto è che prima avevamo alice poi abbiamo cambiato gestore e siamo passati a teletu. dopo 2/3 giorni ci hanno attivato tutto ma non avendo il loro modem lo abbiamo comprato e abbiamo preso un netgear. ho fatto (sul pc con vista) la configuraz e installaz del modem col cd guida (i pc sono tutti collegati insieme al cavo ethernet in una specie di filtro con 5 porte, quindi se lo faccio da un pc si aggiornano anche gli altri). Il problema è che neanche con il supporto di teletu/teledue o come volete sono riuscita a far navigare il pc con vista. mi dice rete non identificata e non si collega! non naviga! sull'altro portatile (che è quello con cui vi sto scrivendo) si colllega. sul fisso ancora no. cosa devo fare?
