Error 1316

All'avvio di vista mi viene segnalato un errore con un programma (Microsoft
Intellipoint , software del mouse) e quando vado per disinstallarlo mi viene
segnalato questo tipo di errore:
"error 1316 - a network error occurred while attempting to read frim the
file -
C:\windows\installer\jp63.msi"
il programma di disinstallazione si interrompe e non c'è verso di toglierlo.
La cartelle segnalata non esiste in windows.
Come posso rimediare?

Ti ho risposto altrove suggerendo di usare Revo Uninstaller modalitÃ*
avanzata.
