Usa CCleaner: http://www.ccleaner.com/download/downloading
Facendo grande attenzione , in fase di installazione , a non installare
toolbar e opzioni inutili.
Metti la spunta solo all'aggiunta del programma nel menù start.
Lo lanci, lasci tutte le impostazioni di default.
Fai prima pulizia e poi registro , ripeti fino a che non restituisce più
nulla.
Riavvia.
