Is there a way to restrict the Desktop Wallpaper size?

Hello,

Is there a way to restrict the Desktop Wallpaper size?

I am not sure if a large size desktop wallpaper slows down a roaming
profile login, but occasionally some of my clients choose to set a
desktop background that is from a high resolution photo. I am looking
for a way to limit this.
