errore 0x8000FFFF

Salve,

il sistema (HomePremium) non riesce più a creare punti di ripristino: mi
appare l'errore 0x8000FFFF.

Dalla Rete ho appreso di configurare i servizi Copia Shadow e MS Shadow
Provider in partenza automatica, ma non ottengo alcun risultato.

Ovviamente non riesco a fare alcun backup che riguardi il disco C dove è
installato il S.O.

Apprezzato qualsiasi suggerimento.

Nel quale consiglia di usare msconfig attribuendo la colpa ad una
applicazione di terze parti:

In piu potresti trovare un evento particolare esplorando il visualizzatore
eventi come consiglia in questa parte:

As"; in the pop-up window, click to choose the Desktop icon on the left

4. Locate those saved log files on the Desktop and send them to us.
