Guest: error

I've enabled the account Guest of my Vista Home Premium and after
restarted the PC and created the desktop got a series of error saying
it's impossible to open a file.. choose the program to open it..

At the end I logged in Guest but without Aero UI and without almost
all the programs.. why?! What's happens?

To be honest, now it doesn't work anymore!

If you press "Guest" at the start-up nothing happens and the choice of
the user reappears! :-OOO

What's happen??
