jk defrag: un aiuto!

Vorrei settare Jk defrag a deframmentare solo la partizione C del mio
pc (con Vista) e non le altre.
Ho trovato le istruzioni in inglese e, anche se l'inglese lo conosco
molto bene, non riesco a capire bene questa istruzione:
"Another way is to create a shortcut to "JkDefrag.exe", open the
properties of the shortcut, and add the desired commandline options
(for example "-a 7") or the name(s) of the disk/folder/file (for
example "C:") to the end of the "target" line. For example:
"C:\JkDefrag\JkDefrag.exe" -a 7
"C:\JkDefrag\JkDefrag.exe" D:

So creare un collegamento a JkDefrag.exe, ma se vado poi in Proprietà
del collegamento stesso, mi perdo. Dove aggiungo e che cosa aggiungo?
Che cosa è la "target line"?

Nelle proprietà del collegamento, sezione "destinazione", immetti tutto il
percorso esatto tra virgolette dell'eseguibile comprese le opzioni come hai
postato.

Capito. Grazie. Ma che cosa aggiungo dopo "exe"? Aggiungo C (volendo
defragmentare C) ?
E -a 7 che cosa vuol dire?
