Component 'MSCOMCTL.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registred a file is missing or invalid??

Ogni volta che provo ad aprire "Toolbarcop", mi appare il seguente messaggio
d'errore:"Component 'MSCOMCTL.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly
registred a file is missing or invalid". :-? Come posso risolvere il
problema??

cito quanto letto su internet:

· Click on the "Start" menu (the Windows logo normally located on the
bottom left of your computer
· Go to "All programs/Accesories" then right-click on "Command Prompt" and
choose "Run as administrator" from the menu.
· After acknowledging the User Account Control warning, type the following
command:
regsvr32 C:\windows\system32\mscomctl.ocx
