Client L2tp IpSec
Fino a ieri usavo il client l2tp integrato in Vista Home Basic per
connettermi al mio router in Vpn Ipsec con chiave precondivisa.

Quando stabilivo la connessione mi accorgevo dai logs del router che veniva
negoziata la modalitÓ quick mode. Si stabiliva il tunnel in Esp 3Des Ipsec.
Dopo un aggiornamento del firmware mi sono accorto che il router cerca di
negoziare la modalitÓ main mode e il tunnel non viene neppure aperto. Quindi
non riesco pi¨ ad usare il L2tp ipsce per loggarmi alla mia rete.

Qualcuno sa se esista la possibilitÓ di abilitare la main mode sul client
integrato di Vista Home Basic?
In alternativa...conoscete qualche client (magari open source) che giri su
vista e abbia questa feature?

Update...il firmware del router Ŕ stato riconosciuto affetto da bug e stanno
provvedendo a patcharlo......se ne deduce che il problema era nel firmware e
non nel client.

Rimane valida la domanda se esistano clients l2tp ipsec per windows open
source...
