network problem

we have delivered two pc (1 notebook Pavilion DV6520 gm291aa and
1 pc Pavilion A6120 GT449EA) and linked with a normal modem
router to a lan (only this 2 pc are present).
No problem with internet connection, no problem with Vista that
"see" 2 pc , but when we try to search and install a shared
printer (HP multifunction), no way to ending process and printer
don't install.
We have followed all right procedures and we have re-checked all
but no way for installing printer !!!
We have searched solution in internet forum and someone write
that problem probably is antivirus (Norton installed by HP like
tryandbuy).
Please give us a solution !!!

Visto che siamo in un NG italiano e che probabilmente anche tu sei
italiano, potresti ripostare il problema in maniera chiara nella nostra
lingua? :-)
