cant work any online games

for every single online game i install, it doesnt work on vista...
i think it has to do with this 10061 error ive seen people post about, but usually theirs is concerning a mail program or whatever.
ive tried allowing it through the firewall and everything but i cant seem to figure out the problem, can anyone help me?

Run it as an admin!
