error 1606 Could not access network location %APPDTAT%\

Help me i cannot install or uninstall anything cause i get an error 1606
Could not access network location %APPDTAT%\ and i checked the 2 locations in
the regestry like the microsoft website says to do and there was nothing
wrong with it SO HELP ME

Are you sure it's not %appdata% and not %appdtat%
