dat keeps closing ie8

my computer got hit with a bunch of viruses (curse google) one started to
make ie8 close cause of dep most of them got blocked by norten360 thank the
lord how can i make ie8 fixed and get the outhers of my hard drive
here is the list of viruses on my computer

packed.generic.233
backdoor.tidserv!inf
privacycenter
securityrisk.downldr
again securityrisk.downldr

Format the HD during the installation of a new Vista.
Then Install all of the drivers for your hardware
then Install all of your Applications' ...including your Anti Virus...Anti
Malware and Firewall Programs
Then Update Vista
and finally restore all of your work from the backup you diligently made.

Google does not give you Virus... a lack of common sense does
