RE: Vista: no BITS service, no automatic updates
Koen, my advice link does apply to vista, if you read down a little bit.
You tell it is Vista advice., by the start ORB
Also, at that download link of yours that you tried, did you try the manual
way to fix it.
Manual way is below the 32bit and 64bit download links.
