Firewall Security Centre

All of a sudden I cannot access the internet. I get the message that the firewall is turned off. When I attempt to turn it on I get another message saying 'unable to access the Firewall Security Centre. Can anyone help with this problem please? Thanks.

There is no built-in Vista "Firewall Security Center". What
antivirus/security program(s) do you have installed? If you have an older
version of ZoneAlarm, this is a known problem with ZA and recent Windows
Updates. Uninstall ZA and if you really feel you must use it (not
recommended), install the latest version.

Otherwise, post back with the missing details so you can get focused help.
