Norton Internet Security and OneCare
I uninstalled NIS (with Symanec website uninstall tool) to try OneCare. I
keep getting the window to update Malware, etc... When I check to see what
security programs I have running, Norton still shows. How do I completely
get rid of it?

This tool?
ftp://ftp.symantec.com/public/englis...moval_Tool.exe

I would suggest contacting Symantec if the tool failed to remove all of NIS.
