upgraded to vista ultimate now can't open wmv video/x-ms-wmv emails

upgraded my xp sp2 to vista ultimate and now my microsoft office
outlook just shows many lines of jumbled characters. Funny thing is
if I get the same person to send again I can open and view in webmail
but not via my pop server and outlook

Not sure what this has to do with Vista security. You might want to post to
an Outlook newsgroup.
