Scheduled Defender Scans

Seems since SP1 (using Windows Ultimate) that Windows Defender decides at
random when to do a scan, in spite of a schedule time that is set at 4 AM. It
did a scan today at 7 PM. (I deleted the scheduled event couple days ago,
rebooted, and added back in a scheduled event but still scans when it chooses
not when I choose)

We have experienced the same problem with my wife's laptop. Anyone heard of
any fixes with this? It is pretty frustrating.
