No Access to Star Menu

Although I'm the only person using this computer and I am the Administrator
I
don't have access to my Start Menu. Any way to change this??

What do you mean "don't have access"? Does nothing happen when you click on
the Start Orb?

Hi James,

If you mean that it will not open, then see if restarting the computer
will allow you to afterwards.

It actually shows a small arrow which tells me it's a pointer to another
folder.
Say's Access denied when clicked
Maybe there's another folder for my start menu??
