Another possible solution.
If you have other browser set as default, ie.firefox or opera.
Try to set the default browser back to IE7 and run WD update or WU.

As far as I can see, the command promt "sfc /scannow" for cheking the
systemfiles, do not not work i VIsta, it's an XP command. If anyone know what
the similar command is in Vista, it would be nice to know

out of date ,Error Found ox80240029,if you find out how to fix it please let
