TAVController

After installing a laser mouse and keyboard to my Sony Vaio FE series laptop,
I began getting a "TAVController is requesting permission" blinking orange
tab on my bottom bar. If I hit it, it darkens my entire screen and freezes
my machine. How can I get rid of this and occurs on start up? I have been
unsuccessful trying to find TAVController in the help menus. Any help will
be appreciated.
