Select Certificate

I have two platforms on a home network. One is Vista Ultimate x64 and the
other is Vista Home Premium x32.
As of Saturday, the both started asking for me to "Select a Certificate"
about every 30 minutes. In the Select Certificate window, there are no
certificates to choose from. If I close the window, another shows up 30
minutes later. If I don't close it, then it will continue opening more
windows until I close them. (I've come back to 20 windows open.)

How do I determine what is looking for a certificate and satisfy the
request?

I have exactly the same problem except I only run Vista HP (32bit). Did you
ever get an answer to fix your problem?
