User account control
Every time I´m trying to install a program a user account control activates
and I have to approve the installation. How do I get rid of this?

Turn user account control on/off:
http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/Win...d3eae1033.mspx

Disabling User Account Control is not recommended. UAC is one of the new
security features introduced with Vista. One of it's main purposes is to
prevent malware and regular (non-admin) users from installing and/or
making changes to the system.

Charlie42 is correct in stating that you should not turn off UAC.

You can relax, because it's only really annoying when you first setup
your PC. The closer you get to having all your usual software and
utilities installed, the less you'll see it, and the less intrusive it
will become.
