Unable to print from IE7 with Vista Ultimate

Unable to print from IE7, the print icon appears at the bottom of the screen,
but 0 documents are being printed. The printer works fine with other
programmes and has previously worked with IE7. Ive been into tools internet
options sercurity and unchecked enable protection mode. However, when in this
situation the preview is a load of garbage which it will also print.

Any suggestions.

Is this an HP printer? Does it use HP Director? If so, there's an update
at HP's website.
