It sounds like something in the printer configuration is not set up
correctly. If you are still having a problem with the printer I would
suggest trying the following steps to try and fix things:
1) Uninstall the printer from Add & Remove Programs in the Control
Panel
2) Disconnecting the printer from the computer
3) Restart the computer
4) Run the printer software/driver install
5) When prompted by the install, connect the printer to the computer
This should fix the problem. If it doesn't, or if you have other
