Printing PDF/Publisher files

When I preview a print job or print that actual PDF or Publisher document, it
offsets its margins. When I'm working on the doc it looks perfect, my margins
are correct, etc....but when I print it, it offsets the whole doc down and to
the left?? HELP!!!! Driving me nuts.

Please provide a printer make & model as well as the version of Vista you're
using.
