Printer Migration

I have been trying to run the Vista printer migration program PrintBrmUI.exe
to export and configure multiple laptops with my printservers. when I run the
program, I try to export from the current printserver (this computer), and
get the message "Migration of print server information requires administrator
privileges on the print server". Does anybody know how to assign such a
privilege or role? Thanks for ideas!

SOLUTION:
Although the user account I was using had full privledges, I was not logged
in as Administrator. Why? the account was inactivated during the install of
Vista. When I got to the control panel > computer managment > I found the
Administrator account and unchecked "inactive" and there it was, as it worked
just fine. I hope this helps somebody else.
