Printing an excel 2007 sheet landscape style on windows vista

I have been trying to print landscape style on excel 2007 on my windows vista
Everytime i change it on both page setup and thru printer printing prefeneces.
It changes but then when i press the print button it automatically goes back
to portrait.
Will someone help me. I have lots of reports i have to print in landscape
and im tired of wasting paper....

Two thoughts before concluding the driver is faulty:

Is the printer selected as Default Printer -- the icon shold have a
checkmark on it.

When you made the change to landscape try clicking on Apply and not
just OK -- Apply then OK. Shouldn't make any difference but who knows!

You will probably get more suggestions if you state what make and model
printer it is, whether it is connected by USB and whether you installed
the printer makers VISTA software or just let VISTA detect it and
install the driver?

yes i have done all that... when i print from the web i have no problem.
Just in documents i have on the computer. i have microsoft works and office
2007.
