Vista Fax Contacts

Where do I add contacts so they are accessible to send faxes to?

I have added them in Windows Contacts and Outlook Business Contacts but the
fax contact list is empty when opened through the fax program???

Help

Nevermind, I figured it out. It works through outlook but takes a little
while for them to show up after they are created.
