AIOC Error with Lexmark P4350/Vista HP x64

Installed my Lexmark P4350 All-in-on on a Gateway DX4820 with Vista Home
Premium x64 using the x64 driver from lexmark. Can print from programs
and can also scan IF I don't open the Imaging Center - just open the
Lexmark Photo Imaging program. If I attempt to open the Imaging Center,
I get the "AIOC.exe has stopped working" error, and the program shuts
down. I've noticed that the program gives the following messages during
startup 1.) Preparing All in one for first use... 2.) searching for
programs..., and then it gives the AIOC error. Upon reading up on Vista
Home Premium, I've discovered that it does not come with the MS Fax and
Scan utility (only Business and Ultimate have it). Is it possible that
the AIOC is shutting down when it can't locate the MS fax and scan
utility? Is there any way to verify this?
