You appear to have installed a 32 bit driver for your printer, when you MUST
install a 64 bit driver. Make sure you UNINSTALL the 32 bit driver.....

Step 4 is most important, forget this step and all you have done is left the
driver exactly where it was. (Although the article says XP, the procedure
is identical for Vista).
After you've ensured you've cleaned up all the printer drivers on your PC,
follow Step 6 to the end, ensuring you get 64 bit drivers for your printer.
If you have other PCs running 32 bit Windows versions that will also be
printing to your printer, you can add the 32 bit drivers to the 64 bit
PCs.....
Control Panel, Printers, Right click on the printer in question, Properties,
Sharing, Additional Drivers.
