Scanning issues HP printers/scanner
I'm running an HP laptop with vista installed. Latest service packs.
I have 3 printers/scanners. One at home which is an HP Photosmart 3310,
and two in the office HP Photosmart C7280 & HP Laserjet M1522nf. I
have the Solution center installed. when i use the scanner at home it
works fine, when i open up the solution center and try to scan, i'm able
to choose the file type ie. bmp, jpg, pdf and scan just fine. Problem
arise when i get into the office and open up solution center it goes
directly to the scan app. Before i was able to choose which scanner to
use between C7280 & HP Laserjet M1522nf. also the with the work
scanners i'm unable to choose the file type of pdf, i only get bmp and
jpg. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the solution center a couple
times, and was wondering if there is anything else i can do besides that
(as the install is very time consuming). Any thoughts or Ideas out
there? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
