email servers

I tried to setup windoows email on my comp. keeps telling me my pop3 is an
error, what are my incoming and outgoing servers????

Your email account provider should have the necessary server names and
settings on their website.
If you tell us who your email account is with, perhaps we can help you.

None of us can tell you the answer to that question, since you haven't
even told us who your ISP is. You need to ask your ISP.
