Searching at Lexmark's drivers download site, I don't find a Lexmark 7100.
There is a 710 model, though. Is that one yours?
Did you download Vista drivers from lexmark.com? If not, that's your next
step. Generally you want to install the drivers before you connect the
printer, too.
