Printer installed - when trying to print files icon at bottom displays but
reads "0 files qeued to print". Went to properties and attempted to print a
test page; unsuccessful. The window stated: The file you have selected has
failed to print. Troubleshooting not helpful...Any suggestions? Thanks.
