printer spooler not running

Hi,
After having a diagnostic check on my Lexmark X4580 printer running on
Windows XP Home edition,the Lexmark Technician told me I need to get an
update fo Windows Spooler Service, where and what do I need to download to
fix this.

a message came back that spooler is not started
