New to this ! HP 3110 all in one problem

Hello, we ahve jsut got a friend to set up our new pC with Vista
and we have a HP 3110 all in one machine, it worked ok to fax the first
couple of days and (have to say this has happened on our old computer
too!) and now it wont allow me to fax or scan or copy, but i can print
from the computer!

I have done a test on the all in one which says it passed the fax test,
have also deon a test for scanning onn the computer which also says
pass, and have also tried to sitch of machine and unplugged any ideas
what I can do next please ? getting desparate to us eit now for my work
so any help greatly appreciated................................

If you haven't installed the laterst Vista drivers for your printer from HP,
go to the following link and click "HP Full Feature Software Drivers."
Download and follow the installation instructions provided at the download
site. These drivers only recently became available.
