when i go into photo gallery import from scanner, i select my scanner,press
import nothing happens. help please

Rather than bin it, you can put it on eBay or donate it to a charity... or
even give it to a friend who is still running XP.

Or call Visioneer and ask if they are going to support it in Vista, before
getting rid of it.
